Once we’ve analysed the channel, we look at the destination. On existing websites, we’ll use click and scroll tracking software like HotJar and Crazy Egg in conjunction with Google Analytics data sets to understand behaviour and conversion paths.
When tackling conversion rate optimisation, we’ll often focus on various incremental changes that, in aggregate, make a significant improvement. We’ll always circle back to the first step to ensure goal completion and that all possible improvements were made.
